Indeed my real name is Philip but when I met my signifigant other, ten years ago, my hair had a bit of red tint in it and I was liked to the Chucky Doll character...so my nickname at home is Chucky.

Your Twitter says "Friar Phil"...are you a priest?

Absolutely not! Since I live in San Diego and am an avid baseball fan I am loal to our home team...the San Diego Padres.​ The team's nickname is sometimes called "The Friars"...hence "Friar Phil"

What is your political party affiliation?

I am a progressive and an Independent but am most closely alligned with many of the things the Green Party stands for. I support some Democrats but distrust the two corporate owned parties in this country.

Why do you hate religion?
​
Just take a look at tea baggers and the christian taliban stories that are on the program aqd that should give you a clue. I think organized religion is good for population mind and behavior control and to justify war, death and destruction. I gravitate spiritual people rather than those people, that are as bright as a small appliance bulb, that literalize their holy bo0oks and use it to justify what they do not like in others or themselves.
